Food with a memory
Taiwanese flavors are our starting point, with a contemporary approach to how each dish is prepared and brought to the table.
A Taiwanese bistro · Morato, Quezon City
Memories of Taiwan.
An intimate table in Manila.
The name
Ìnn-Á is the Taiwanese pronunciation of 燕子, meaning “swallow.” It is the name of a new bistro from Muzha Group, bringing a personal expression of Taiwanese cooking to Morato.
Its starting point is memory: family meals, familiar flavors, and the feeling of being cared for around a table. Founder Hsiang Kai Kao carries those memories from his Taipei childhood into a contemporary bistro shaped by culinary craft and warm hospitality.
